Four ways to be part of it

Whether you run a business, a club, or just want to chip in, there is a place for you on the field and in the directory. The money we raise goes to local schools and charitable causes.

For clubs and traders

Book a pitch

Local clubs and traders can take a pitch at our community events to meet families face to face and sign people up on the day. Pitch types and prices depend on the event, so check the event you are interested in or get in touch.

Club pitch

Local sports, dance and uniformed clubs running tasters and signing children up.

Commercial pitch

Independent food and retail traders that are not sponsors.

School club

Clubs run by the schools taking part are part of the day too.

How to book a pitch

  1. Tell us you are interested. Email us and say which pitch you would like, and whether you want a slot on the main stage.

  2. We confirm your pitch. We check availability and send you the details, including the fee for your pitch type.

  3. Secure your place. Pay to confirm the pitch. Pitches and stage slots are limited, so earlier is better.

  4. We send your joining instructions. Nearer the day you get your arrival time, set-up window, where to find your pitch, and your stage slot if you have one.

What to bring

Your own gazebo (we can help arrange hire if you do not have one, just ask), your table and display, your taster activity and a way to sign people up.

Clubs need their own public liability insurance, and any club running activities with children brings its own safeguarding and DBS arrangements, just as at your usual sessions.

Year-round

Join the local directory

Sponsors and supporting businesses get a year-round listing. Show what you do, gather reviews from the school community, and post offers that bring local families through your door, not just on event day.

Send us your details and we will be in touch to set up your listing.
