By using this website you agree to these terms. The site is provided by InvestReigate to share information about the organisation and its events.
Directory listings
Listings in our local directory describe independent local businesses. Please contact a business directly for its own current prices, offers and terms.
Reviews
Reviews are the views of the people who submit them. We moderate reviews before they appear and may decline or remove anything that is abusive, untrue, or not relevant. Please be fair and honest.
Events
Event details, dates and times may change. We will keep this site as up to date as we can, but please treat published details as subject to confirmation.
Event pitches and stalls
These terms apply to clubs, groups and businesses taking a pitch at one of our events. The full terms come with your booking confirmation.
If we cancel the event, you can have a full refund of your pitch fee or roll it over to next year, whichever you prefer. If you cancel more than two weeks before the event, we refund your pitch fee in full. Within the final two weeks, we cannot refund it, because the pitch cannot be re-let and the programme and map are finished.
Our events go ahead in ordinary British weather. We would only call one off for genuinely unsafe conditions, and pitch holders would hear from us by 8am on the day.
Pitch holders need their own public liability insurance, and their own safeguarding and DBS arrangements for any activity involving children. Pitches are not transferable to another organisation without our agreement.
