List your club on What's On, free
What's On is the town's calendar of clubs, classes and holiday camps. It is free to list and free to browse, with no fee and no commission. Visit and Book with them take a family straight to you. Selling places through Shop local is optional: if you choose to, Book a place is paid through BackMyTown, and its fee is only on the places sold that way. No form to fill in. Once you are listed you can change it yourself, and sign-in needs no password.

Send us your timetable. Days, times, ages, prices and where to book, in whatever form you have it: a screenshot of your timetable or booking page, a flyer, or a few lines in an email.
We set it up with you. We do the typing and send it back for you to check before anything goes live.
One reply a term. At the start of each term we email to ask what has changed. A one-line reply keeps it right.
Take a pitch at our events
Clubs and traders can take a pitch at Reigate ClubFest to run a taster and sign families up on the day. The 2026 day has run. Pitches open once the next date is set, and clubs who ask now hear first. Clubs bring their own public liability insurance and safeguarding arrangements, as at their usual sessions.
Reach local families, and back local groups
Shop local is run by BackMyTown Ltd, not InvestReigate. Families pick a school or club to back, and part of the 4% fee on each sale goes to it. Your customers never pay more than your usual price.

Raise money for your group
A PTA chair, a club secretary or a churchwarden claims the group once and becomes its named champion. There is no fee, no rota and nothing to sell.
The first local shops are not open yet, so this is the time to get your families signed up: their shopping counts for your group from the day the shops open.
Your own join link, and a share kit
A QR code and wording ready to paste into a newsletter or a WhatsApp group. Every family who joins through your link is credited to your group.
Your group page
It shows the total your group has raised, and it previews with your group’s own card when the link is shared in WhatsApp.
Milestones and a monthly statement
We email as your group passes each milestone, and the money is paid monthly by bank transfer with a statement.
Sponsor an event
Backing an InvestReigate event puts your business in front of thousands of local families, in support of schools and good causes across the area. It is reach, goodwill, and a direct association with the community your customers belong to. Packages vary by event, so get in touch and we will send the current pack.

Sponsorship in kind
Some of the best support comes as goods and services: a butcher supplying the barbecue, a brewery supplying the bar, a printer producing the banners, a marquee firm providing the gazebos. We credit these the same as cash sponsorship.
Lend a hand
Our events run on volunteers: setting up the field, stewarding, serving at the bar and the barbecue, and clearing up after. An hour helps. Tell us when you are free and what you would enjoy, and we will be in touch before the next event.
